At the Henry County Board of Commissioners regular meeting this Tuesday, it proclaimed the week of June 22-28, 2009 as Mr. and Miss Special Henry County Week. In doing so, the Commissioners expressed their appreciation to the dozens of dedicated volunteers who work so hard to make programs like this to enrich the lives of our special needs population…
